South Carolina football schedule 2024 first three game times, TV announced
COLUMBIA — South Carolina football has more SEC game times and TV stations set for the 2024 season.
On May 15, it was announced that kickoff for South Carolina's first 2024 SEC game in Kentucky on Sept. 7 was set for 3:30 p.m. and will be televised on ABC.
Two more game times for Weeks 1 and 3 were announced on Thursday afternoon:
- vs Old Dominion, Aug. 31, 4:15 p.m. on SEC Network.
- at Kentucky, Sept. 7, 3:30 p.m. on ABC.
- vs LSU, Sept. 14, noon on ABC.

This season is the debut of Oklahoma and Texas as members of the SEC, but the Gamecocks will not face the Texas Longhorns. South Carolina will not face Georgia, Florida or Tennessee for the first time since joining the SEC in 1992.
South Carolina is expected to begin practice on Aug. 2. Coach Shane Beamer announced that after spring practice, sophomore LaNorris Sellers will be the starting quarterback. Sellers replaces Spencer Rattler who was drafted by the New Orleans Saints in the 2024 NFL Draft in April.
